Dr. Melissa H. Pellegrini, D.D.S.

Dr. Lisa H. Pellegrini grew up on the Northshore and graduated from Saint Scholastica Academy in 1987. She has been a member of the SSA Alumnae Board since 2000 and was named Alumna of the Year for 2004. She received a Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology from LSU and a Doctor of Dental Surgery from the Louisiana State University School of Dentistry in May 1996. Dr. Pellegrini was the social chairman of her class all four years and held several offices for the Psi Omega Fraternity. She was also an LSU table clinic participant for the "3 in 1's Technique" in 1994. After graduation, Dr. Pellegrini completed her residency in Advanced Education in General Dentistry. She focused on how to treat medically compromised patients, restore implants, full mouth rehabilitation as well as aesthetic dentistry.

Dr. Pellegrini is married to attorney Greg Pellegrini and together they have six beautiful children: Isabelle, Jack, Caroline, Max, Natalie and Gabrielle. They are parishioners at Saint Anselm Church in Madisonville.

Dr. Pellegrini graciously gives of her time by donating services pro bono for the Samaritan Center and the All Saints Ministries. She also serves as a Board member for the JL Foundation which raises money to help patients with Leukemia.
